About

     Welcome to the Trifecta Wellness Health & Fitness website, and thank you for visiting.  I am Josh the owner of Trifecta WHF.  I first became a Certified Personal Trainer in 2012, and then graduated in 2014 with a degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Nutrition.  Since then, I have built upon my knowledge by adding certifications in corrective exercise, sports performance, and Wellness coaching. 

     

     Since become a trainer/coach, I have helped many clients reach their wellness, health, and fitness goals.  In my experience, there is a lot more that goes into getting and staying healthy then just working out and eating right.  This is why I take the time to really connect and support my clients by getting to know them so together we don’t only get to their goals, but also get to the root of why they got to where they are in the first place.  By doing this, we can create a plan that will provide continuing success even after their goals are meet.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal training allows me to work one on one with you and develop a safe and progressive fitness plan. This is the best way to get to your goals quickly and build the body you want.  

GROUP TRAINING

Small group training is a fun and effective way to reach your fitness goals. Group training allows for you and your friends to workout together, encourage each other, and hold each other accountable.
